I found the hotel to be a bit mixed. On the positive side, the location was excellent for onward travel, and the rooms were a reasonable size with a massive super HD TV. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with poor selection and some stale bread.

The service was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, they made sure we had the room in the area that we preferred for the dogs. However, there were instances of rudeness and unhelpfulness when requesting simple things like an extra towel or assistance with language preferences.

The location, while excellent for onward travel, was a bit remote for Orleans without driving. But it was ideal to break the journey from the south to the northern coast.

The service was pleasant and helpful, but the staff seemed to be under-manned during busy times. The location was perfect for us as we needed secured parking for a larger vehicle. The dining experience was a big disappointment with not enough tables and poor breakfast options. The hotel facilities were overpriced but very nice.
